Founded by Moises Farhat, Farhat Realty Management is a full-service New York City property management firm.
While working at larger companies, Mr. Farhat noticed several shortcomings within the industry, so he decided to create his own firm. Today, with over 30 years of experience in residential property management, Farhat Realty Management is a respected New York City property management firm which provides responsible, accountable, and experienced property management services, for cooperatives, condominiums, and rental properties.

Our experienced staff works together as a team to provide you with the best service possible. With particular experience in cooperative and condominium management, we demonstrate expertise in everything from running the day-to-day operation of a building, careful review of a building’s elements to ensure safety and code compliance, preparing budgets and predicting future forecasts, to planning necessary projects. Our vast network of trusted contractors and vendors provide our clients with excellent customer service at competitive prices. As your property manager, I am actively involved with the Boards and Owners of all properties managed by Farhat Realty Management. I attend all Board meetings and maintain regular communication with Board officers.
We recognize the individual requirements of each property and we tailor the management program to meet those special needs. We offer leadership and direction while navigating the restrictions and requirements of the Board who has the final say on all property management decisions. Through our hands-on experience and result-driven approach, we continue to provide outstanding value and service to all the properties we manage.
